I have been Mia.
To all:I have been AWOL/MIA from Golch Central and Nut Case 1.I did a extremely stupid thing and I almost died because of it.I just got home from being in the hospital.On Monday I tried to take my own life by overdose.I am not proud of it.I am glad that I survived it!Monday was touch and go.In 2 weeks I have to have a follow up EKG,due to the medications I took have thrown off my heart rhythm.I realize that I can not ever do this again.If I had not survived my attempt I would have been laid to rest today.I have asked for forgiveness from my family members.I know what I have to work on.I will continue to strive to improve myself.I hope that every one will keep me in their prayers while I work to cure my trouble.

Good grief Mike. This is frightening. I'm glad you survived too and I hope there is lots of help for you. You have always been in my prayers and will continue to be.

Sandee,Thank you.My bigiest enemy is me.I have to stop acting on a bad impulse ideas.It is by the Grace of God I survived this time.

If I had you in front of me, I would look you in the eyes so you could see that I know how horrible you are feeling. Do not beat yourself up for being unwell.
No, no! Don't do it! No beating yourself up.
I will ask you to take whatever help is being recommended to you. If you're being prescribed drugs and are resisting taking them, PLEASE take them. Your brain is an organ just like your heart, your liver, your lungs. If you had asthma and were wheezing and needed a puffer, would you try to 'get your breath back' by yourself? If you are having mental health issues, you can't 'get your head straight' all by yourself.

My husband has bipolar disorder, so trust me when I say there is a way to feel better.
Julia,Thank you.I have been taking a host of different medications for my asthma and seizures,and my mental health issues.I am couurently not taking that stuff at all as I was advised inmy discharge instructions.the meds will be added back in at a later date,as for right now taking meds is a no-no except for a baby asperin once a day.
